To help determine your needs, ARC Training can conduct a skills assessment and training needs analysis. This process allows us to identify staffing issues in the business that can be solved with specific training, for example, technological changes, problems meeting KPI’s, changing workplace systems, etc. It also assists us to create opportunities where we can up-skill existing employees in a shorter time frame to fulfil more advanced roles in the workforce.
Once we understand your business, its resources and objectives we will then design and deliver high-quality staff training and development programs tailored specifically for your staff and your business.
Also, we can work with your trainers, or provide our own highly qualified trainers. As well as holding a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, our qualified trainers and assessors have worked and are currently working in the industries they train in. We think this makes a big difference to the standard of training we provide.
In Australia, we are fortunate that our government financially supports training. With ARC Training’s assistance, you may be able to access one or more of the various sources of funding available.
