MSS30316 Certificate III in Competitive Systems and Practices Overview
This qualification focuses on how to apply competitive systems and practices to one’s own work as well as, where required, to assist others to apply competitive systems and practices to their work or to the work of a team.
This course can be delivered as a flexible program of classroom training and self-paced learning activities. Student have 12 months to complete the course.
To be eligible for a subsidised place in NSW, you must be:
- an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, Humanitarian Visa Holder or NZ Citizen
- 15 years old or over
- Living or working in NSW
- No longer be at school or equivalent.
There are student co-contribution fees that must be paid. Some students may be fee exempt. Check eligibility

The wide range of units provides participants with the knowledge and the specialist skills required to work efficiently and effectively apply lean manufacturing practices.
Participants will need to complete 10 unit of competency: three (3) core units plus seven (7) elective units of competency. Here are the units that are packaged for the MSS30316 Certificate III in Competitive Systems and Practices.

Assessment will be carried out throughout the duration of the qualification. Feedback will be given to students by the Assessor. The combination of assessment methods used will be used to determine whether you have completed each unit in the course.
